By accessing or using Sparge platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Open Source Core
The Sparge Core engines are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of the open source components is governed by that license, not these Terms.
Commercial Service
Access to the Sparge platform, dashboard, and enterprise integrations requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed per-agent per-month as described on our pricing page.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to monitor AI systems that are illegal, harmful, or violate applicable regulations. You are responsible for your agents and their outputs.
